Donations

KamalJain.com collects information that is necessary only to accept contributions. All donations are processed through PayPal. All account information collected on this web site is stored on PayPal’s secure site and is not available to KamalJain.com, other than the information required by Massachusetts Campaign Finance Law which requires us to report residential address for all donors and employer and occupation for donations of more than $200.

Your information collected for PayPal’s secure online payment system is governed by the PayPal Privacy Policy. PayPal requests information from you on our order form. To donate to the Kamal Jain for Auditor campaign, you must provide contact information (like name and residential address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used by PayPal for billing purposes. If they have trouble processing a donation, they will use this information to contact you by email.

Mailing List

KamalJain.com uses Constant Contact for permission-based marketing.

If you received a mailing from us, our records indicate that (a) you have expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (”opt-in”), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

If you believe you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to abuse@constantcontact.com for review.

How can you stop receiving email from us?

Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the SafeUnsubscribe™ or Update Profile links at the end of any email.
